That is so sweet! I miss my family already! Still feels like I'm just on vacation. LOOK at that hair! LOL Feels weird to be saying goodbye. I love it there so much. My job, my family, my Arrowhead's family's family. So many people over the years. So many great people that have become friends and family. Customers too. So much fun and laughter too. In my mind I'm still going to see you all. And I'm still waking up wondering what didn't I get done and still need to do. ...
Saturday was our annual Employee Appreciation Picnic! We always love thanking our employees with a day full of fun for their entire family.
Tony was grilling up hamburgers and hot dogs-
Jessica was organizing the games, the food and the awesome giveaways and door prizes-
Mark was sitting in the dunk tank chair- letting staff and kids alike dump freezing cold water on him!
We always love seeing all the kids playing and the adults just hanging out and enjoying a Saturday together.

Congratulations to Hudson Kishel, third generation Arrowhead employee! This weekend Hudson graduated with academic honors from Delta High School.
Hudson has worked many summers, internships and special projects along side his grand-father Tom and father Mark in both the plastic and fiberglass businesses.
We are looking forward to you continuing your education at Purdue University!
