Vacuum Formed Plastic Drawer Organizers

Arrowhead manufactured a large number of vacuum formed plastic drawer organizers for a long time customer. These plastic parts were vacuum formed from a white styrene plastic that provides a safe and durable finished product. Our customer required Arrowhead to vacuum form a variety of different plastic drawer organizers in varying quantities.  We worked hard with them to produce the highest yield of parts from each plastic sheet we formed and were able to save the customer money and increase raw material efficiency.
